Errol McDonald
President & Managing Director
Errol McDonald brings a unique combination of elite playing experience, business expertise, and player development insight. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Errol played four seasons with the RIT Tigers hockey program, competing at a high collegiate level while earning a degree in Business Management. Following his collegiate career, he advanced to professional hockey in the United Hockey League, gaining firsthand experience of the demands required to succeed at the next level. In addition to his athletic background, Errol has built a strong career in business and financial planning, earning his RRC designation. His combined experience in hockey operations, marketing, and athlete development allows him to provide well-rounded, strategic guidance to players and their families.
His mission:
To mentor and develop athletes by combining elite performance training with real-world guidance—preparing them for success both during and after their hockey careers.
